Has anyone rode the Squid Launcher??? not finding many reviews...Gleiten has one but my German is not good...

I tried using google translate and another app.......but it was painful and not very helpful...

I would like a light wind option for small mushy waves with lots of stability and also for dialing in transitions and tacks. I have a Vadar now and love it , but not great for light wind or learning footwork..

Thanks

I've ridden and sell the Squids and they are exactly what you describe.

A little wider and a little less rocker for lighter winds and perfect for working on footwork.

Shorter length (5'2") makes it still a lot of fun to ride. Usually boards for lighter winds can kind of suck overall to ride. The Squids are still fun to ride when the winds pick up.

I have both a demo 2017 and new 2017 if interested.

Hope this helps,

No....but the 5'5" is too big for you. Trust me. I'm 225 and ride the 5'2". Granted, I have a lot of experience riding surf boards, but rode the 5'5" and didn't like it leanly as much.

The Squids have a little flatter rocker and add the wider profile and the 5'2" feels a LOT bigger than you would expect.
