The cheapest real trainer is a 3m pansh genesis for 89usd delivered. You just need to get a bar with it. However any 4 line bar will work fine.

Hey Mart. There is a very active kiting community around Washington DC, along with lots of used gear.

The local forums are eastkb.com.

There are a few guys who will do lessons for you.
