Good guide, especially for beginners. In my home spot we all rig downwind, no chaos. We simply rig and immediately wind the lines on the bar until we are ready to launch. We unwind in the water while the assistant is keeping the kite, we check the lines and launch. No problem on the beach since there are no lines not winded on the bars.

That poster is confusing and hard to understand. These vids explain and demonstrate the best way I've seen to rig/ self launch and self land a tube kite. This method works on any sandy beach or grassy area where there is not a lot of debris that could tangle lines or damage your kite. The method for self landing works extremely well and reliably with an Ozone bar because the flag out line runs freely and is not encased in the plastic mainline, so any other bars (slingshot) like this it will work just as shown. If you have a bar with the flag out line running inside the PU centre line tubing, practice in light winds first. If the system does not flag easily find out whats jamming it, if its simply a design flaw keep that in mind, but also see if you can find ways to make the flag out line release without getting stuck.
Here's what a poster should look like. You must keep it simple.
If you want to pack more information about how to kite safe (or launch, hard to tell from the poster above what the purpose of that thing is) that has to go in an hour long safety video not a poster. Keep posters simple.
