See, you don't even need to open the CL to replace any of the lines. Ample room in there.
On second pic, you can see grub screws, they bite into the depower line PU cover, probably so that when you rotate the top to untwist your lines, they don't turn at the stopper knot level. On my other bar which uses uncovered 6mm dyneema, I didn't tighten them, doesn't make any difference.

Re grub screws. There are actually 4 (2 on each side). In my Ozone QR with shortened loop (see photo in earlier post) I cut off the top part, along with 2 grub screws. Seems to work fine.

Thanks for the pictures bragnouff, that CL/QR looks just perfect indeed
Unfortunately it is discontinued as you say...
Anyone who can share some light and experience about the new Ozone?
Any good or not possible either to tie a simple knot like on the old one?

Bugger it is difficult to find one that is good for this

Peter. The new ozone QR is no longer a simple knot. It’s a loop, more like the Kite Attitude attachment.
Just to be clear. The fat line in the middle is the safety/flag out line. The de power line is looped around the top part of the swivel. Need to remove two long hex grub screws to get at it. Don’t know what goes on inside the PU tube?
Hope this helps?

Thanks faklord, no good then no.
So the old discontinued Ozone is the only one till now, that works for everything, both a loop or a knot or even a tube (as it is just a loop normally), without sacrificing the safety.
Still dreaming of one that can do this simple job without drilling holes, and one that is not discontinued

The old Megatron design does allow for the knotted depower line and a safety line through the middle or close to it. However, I'm not sure if it's worth going to it considering it's big and bulky design, pia to shorten the CL and somewhat fiddly reset and perhaps most of all, discontinued design. Peter, just splice a loop on one end of your depower line and be done with it already!

(... )big and bulky design, pia to shorten the CL (...)
I don't have any problem with the size of the CL. Not too small, not too big, just riiiiiiight! (I'm 6'2 though).
But yeah, main issue is that it's discontinued.
I need to get spares while I can!

You can still get some spares, including a short CL from here
