clueless as ever....
I see Click bars everywhere, and not just by Duotone kite buyers. They work great with a ton of kites, brands and the high Y variant kites.
$1000?..... I see brand new 2018 bars online for $300 pretty regularly. Don't like the price? Easy, don't buy the current year. The last year's bars are always on closeout since they came out in 2017. (PRO TIP: The different year color floaters aren't worth it!....... unless one really brings out the color of your eyes!)
I should know better than to lock horns with you though. You'll spout incessant nonsense for days just to try to prove your point......for example: you mashing your keyboard for hours, wearing your anti-GKA tinfoil helmet.
How about you just comment on gear you've actually used. It's more beneficial for everyone reading.
Happy Holidays!
(don't forget to thank me for this post!...... It means everynothing to me!)
Cheers!

The bar was improved in 2018 and 2019 had the small one come on the market. I actually like the small one a lot on my kites up to 9m.

The mechanism is not nearly as complex as this drawing, you can see some videos or photos on the net.
Also enough with the 1000USD price, here is a price comparison, i bought mine for 550 new with the chicken loop included.

It's not USD, it's Pacific Peso aka NZ$.
They're paying over $3 for a can of coke or bottled water, I don't think they can be too surprised about the price tag for a piece of niche sports equipment

Ikitesurf had them regularly. Also Force Kite and Wake out of North Carolina had them marked down for months this year on their website. A quick phone call and they were pretty happy to discount it further. You still had to buy the chicken loop separately.
I'll pass on the handy there tinkerbell....
If you have any other difficulties on using the search feature on the internet, please let me know. I'm happy to help!

You could use Google? Many shops in Holland sell them for €300
