And he was hooked in

But its impressive for a begginer but after a year or 2 of kiteboarding you should really only be riding unhooked otherwise your just treading water as far as progressing the sport goes

Why would unhooking be better...development has lead us away from unhooking and as far as it is not your discipline I see no use/fun in unhooking...nothing to do with progressing

It's a big jump, no denying that - but with a wide angle/ fisheye lens, anything looks big - and anyone more than about 3m away looks tiny!

We know that hooked in progresses way more than anything else
