First jump duration with Pivot 8.8 sec, second with prototype (and clear heliloop before landing) 9.0, but it;s clear that on 7th sec he did helilop, probably if he did it with Pivot on that jump also will be more than 9 sec for sure. Simply we can't compare those two jumps as don't know kite sizes, wind speed and ramp size. But in general there is not big difference at all. Plus this jump on Pivel was few years ago, and his abilities of control landing progressed more for today jumps.

As usual, I’m confused. Are there people here who think that a really good rider using a kite made just for him will not do at least a bit better? Huh...

Do you think that designer of other brands making kites not personally at all, with leaving worst characteristics and not trying to achieve maximum :)? Do you think that designer who making them not using them personally and they did not push to maximum possibitlies :)? What means in kiting kite made personally for rider ? it was example Hadlow most well known Vegas, but in generaly there was just setup of bar with 6 lines setup, and kite developed together with Aaron, but anyway Nick Jacobsen and other pro rider participating in development of kites and in general all Doutones and Naish and other as made as from personal pro rider view.
What is real personal can be it's line lenght and bar size, depower system size, type and etc.

Okay so here's some speculation on the Pads and straps as well as possible similarities with the Bar.

I am very familiar with the Lacuna Products as I use them in my school. Proven and solid products. The similarities are striking. It would also explain the speed in which they have brought the products to market. A few tweaks here and there....

Yes, I don't...

But there could be a psychological effect if one believes in it :naughty:

That goes for both the rider and the forum readers :D

I thought I'd heard of every company. How many kite companies are there?

Got the feedback from a friend, team rider for one of the top 3 leading kite brands and participating in Kota.

He told me the Reedein seems "awesome". He sais the tip seems to be more narrow - the loft is crazy.

Let's see when they release it.
