Dice can be adjusted via steering lines.
I checked with my buddy who's flying the '19 Dice and you're correct... it's only the rear lines that have 3 position points to change the performance. It also has pulleys. I thought there were two knot attachments on the front lines for the Dice, but there's only one. Yes, I knew the Neo had front adjustment, but I thought the Dice did too. Thanks for the head up!
You are welcome :) The 2020 dice has no puleys. Which is a big thumbs up for me.

All I would say is that more depower makes strapless non grabbed tricks easier as you can come down faster when you want to keep the board on your feet. The other strapless dangle tricks it doent really matter.. almost easier with less depower

Ok thanks for your advices. I will try Neo when I can but I think I will keep my loved 2020 non pulleys Dices...
