Southeast Florida here, beaches are closed. Not a huge amount if wind anyway so I haven't tried to see how "closed" they really are.

Here (Mozambique), we're still living mostly happily oblivious of the situation. Until Monday zero confirmed cases, this morning three. I'm trying not to wonder how many tests they have done. They have kind of closed off the country though. But all shops are open, queue's are still thick at banks, supermarkets, electricity company etc (Mozambique love's queues). Just as it was everywhere else in the world when they had only a few infections. It's only much later when a good number of people has died when things get gradually more serious generally. So kiting is no problem.

We are going into stage 4 lock down tonight.
Apparently that means no driving to exercise. So unless you magically happen to live by the beach you are screwed.

Lithuania - despite what all people (suggested) must be at home mainly and working only food and food type supermarket stories, gas stations, no restriction go with personal car or train. Borders are closed for people, no flights.
The kiting spots in lakes and sea beaches are all open and you can do what you want, no restriction on such personal sport activity as kiting, but as now water only 6+ c degrees no a lot of kiting people, only on weekends few.
In parks no more than 2 people as group and keep distance 2m.
260 infected.
