I am practicing the art of baking sourdough bread.
Kitesurfing during weekdays (less busy) on spots that are still open..

Wil have to revert to nighttime kitesurfing (for cover) as soon as everything is closed.... ;-)

What kind of HG's ?

I'm about to quit Foot-launched HG, and PG ; most dangerous part
of the flight, is the launch. Using the PG, to power my Hobie 21se, and
the Exxtacy, is getting a pod, landing gear, and engine, with a folding
prop , (that's legal in the USA) . No -- not a trike.

This year is gonna be mostly devoted to Kite boarding, and camping
on the lake.

Even Jesus couldn't walk on water, how do you manage the miracle of camping on water?

My Snowflake kiting mates have all gone and bought electric mountain bikes and kinda forced one on me, so I've been out on it a bit. (I hate myself for giving in and have taken up self harming on it)

Ride with the dogs mostly, but done the odd outback ride, they really are the devils work, damned things....

Cooking for my Parents, baking bread, family meals

Kettlebell, skipping rope, yoga mat, foam roller

But it’s my Onewheel thats keeping me sane

@greenturtle,

Impressive! Now let your body recover properly or your set up for a crash. Foam roller and deep stretch for a few days. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen people in spam two weeks after they went a little nuts at the wood pile with no active/responsible recovery work.

Working and biking (alone) like crazy. Otherwise staying at home, waiting for better times. Unfortunatly the best spot for easterly winds is closed but I would‘t have gone kiting anyway. Missed the best kitingdays this spring so far. But you have to look at the infection rate in Switzerland, it ist slowing down! So I recommend: stay at home and wait for better times to go out kiting, these days will come.

Making fun of those who can’t go kiting because of the ban may not be fair. Not even funny.

:nono: ALERT * WARNING * ALERT :nono:
DANGER WILL ROBINSON DANGER (yea, I’m an OG)

If you can’t kite, Unless you want to live vicariously through this
Do NOT read this

70*F (~27*C?) water about the same. Been out 10 of 11 days, best stretch of the season, 3 days of head & a half to double overhead, clean and juicy, steady powered 7+ 8 m; heading out, hit the lip, big slow front roll, front loop, drift the same speed as the wave , land back on the same wave lines with no twist, repeat as necessary. They call it the lip because that Is where you kiss it goodbye.
It doesn’t suck. Oh, also, only 3 people out, ride where you want, turn where you want, jump where and when you want. Hoots and hollers from friends. The way it was meant to be, it will happen again for all of you that read this far. Embrace the sucky parts and abide through.
You we’re warned :thumb: :bye:
