More on Fenix 5 (and a few other models). Right now they are in a grey area. Garmin SDK allows me to compile WOO app code for them, but it fails in simulator. It is either a bug in SDK, or it might mean that Garmin plans to (or already did) update Fenix 5 firmware to be compatible with BT. I don't have a physical Fenix 5 watch to test on. If someone would like to experiment and has Fenix 5, I can build a WOO app for you to test. Please PM me if you would like to do it. Make sure your watch is updated to the latest firmware though - connect it to Garmin Express on a computer and check for updates.
Any takers to test WOO app on Fenix 5 for me

Having issues getting the app to work - trying to download the Woo Sports App from the Connect IG store (onto a Fenix 6 connected by the cable to a laptop) - when I click the blue download box, the Add to device pop up appears, I confirm the device name, click allow.... then it repeatedly tells me "This app requires an update of your fenix 6X Sapphire. Please use Garmin Express to update your fenix 6X Sapphire." - this has already been done !!??
I have tried installing the Woo Sports App through Garmin Connect - I click the watch icon in the top row / click “Activities, Apps & More” / click “Activities & Applications” - Woo is not on the list ?! - Clicj Get More Applications, search for Woo, click on it, but the "Install" panel doesn't work !!!
Any help would be appreciated!

On your watch, can you go to System > About and check Software Version? My Fenix 6X says 11.10, what about yours?
There was someone else with similar request - turned out his Fenix 6 was still on version 10.10. I assume the update through Garmin Express has helped him, as the request was closed. BTW, to update your watch to the latest firmware it is better to use Garmin Express on a computer - updating through a phone is not reliable.

Here is the troubleshooting guide:
https://docs.woosports.com/docs/garmin- ... leshooting
most likely something else is connected to the WOO, make sure to exit WOO app on your phone. Also restart your WOO just in case. There are some other more exotic cases (check the guide), but they are unlikely.
