Definetely the color code on Core Bars is their achilles heel. I really think is absurd the idea of style first, safety second. And i am a big fan of Core.
yes on both sides too
And they BOTH have the red STOP, front and dead centre to warn muppets that probably wouldn't know what a colour on one side of a bar meant, like the fools that don't now the difference or the colour coding even for Port and Starboard.
My experience is the the float is the most important part. It is the most visible. I have bars with different markings front and back and it isn’t that obvious. Words don’t work so well either at least for my brain.Toby wrote: ↑Fri Apr 10, 2020 10:00 pmActually, I think the stop mark is more important.
Knowing the is turned the wrong way is faster than knowing red on left is the correct way.
But, sometimes you won’t see that part of the bar when crashed or pulled they water...so it should be red on left swimmer as well...that part is more visible.
Thoughts ?
