Just to be clear the jam I had was not on inflexion gear. Also the dyneema in question managed to collapse to a very thin strap and would not have been good for any wheel system even with minimal clearance. Just mentioned as a design consideration.

The Ronstan block is very well made. Used this directly on my rope slider with a "stripped" Cabrinha Fireball connection system.
No chance to jam the rope as there is zero gap between the wheel and the casing. Super smooth operation, no lubrication needed.

Maybe this can be attached to the Infexion QR somehow?

I have received the Infexion QR recently and modified my two bars to work with it. One is the Kauper Pintxo bar (now even lighter as I could remove its original QR).
The Infexion QR is super good! When you touch it first and locking / releasing it you understand how well it works actually. Curious to hit the water with it Saturday in Wijk aan Zee :D
And the customer service is even better. Super fast shipment! Many thanks, guys!

One option would be to just use the release instead of the Pintxo wichard/ball release?

Hi Sbrinckmann,
send me your contact (e-mail, mobile) and I´ll send you pictures. Too much hassle to post images here for me.
Basically I removed the Kauper QR and attached a stainless steel ring to each of the lines which exit the PTFE hose. A 25 mm diameter ring to the "fixed" line which is released by the QR, and a 20 mm ring to the "sliding" safety line. The safety line has to be put through the fixed line ring such that the smaller ring cannot slip through the larger ring (this is essential!).
Then just attach the Infexion QR to your harness and connect the larger ring to it. The smaller ring is connected to your safety leash.

It is a little bit of effort, as you have to dismantle the black plastic piece above the PTFE hose and you have to pull out both front lines through the PTFE hose completely to install the rings / to remove the original ring and the little steel "release" finger. Pull through one line at a time, then it is very easy to pull the lines through the hose.

No need for the Kauper "bar connector" or the Wichard thing any more.

To protect the carbon bar from being demaged by the metal rings, a plastic stopper ball should be placed between the two metal rings and the lower end of the PTFE hose.

I haven´t tried it out, but tomorrow will be the day.
Looks like it will work perfectly.

No, 1:1 exchange doesn´t work. If you look at the mechanical details of the Kauper setup, it should get clear.

I advise you to to use a 3x15mm D-ring and 3x15mm ring for the flagout as used in the depower cord rings sets we are selling. Your setup can be dangerous as the 20mm flagout ring can get stuck between the 25mm ring and release housing making it unable to release.

Hi evan,
many thanks for that hint. I haven´t thought about this possibility yet.
I´ll take a close look at this issue and will change the setup.
You mean a 3x15 mm D-ring for the main connection (= has to carry the full load)?

A certain challenge with the Kauper Pintoxo bar is that both lines (the "power" line and the "flagout line") carry 50 % of the kite pull each. It is not the typical setup of most of the conventional bar systems.
