Thank you all for sharing your experiences! I have purchased a Peak4 8M. Given all the positive feedback, I expect I to buy a 5m in the near future.

I have Peak4 in a 3,4,5,8,and 11m. I've used the 8 and 11m extensively and love them. Unlike others I can't see using the 5 in under 12 kts. The 8m is great in 11/12 to 15kts. The 11m is great in 7/8 to 12 plus kts. If I get to the beach and it's blowing 14/15 kts I use the 5m and have a blast. That said, if the wind picks up with the 8m or 11m you're fine. I've used the 11m up to 16 plus when the wind picked up. It wasn't my preference but it worked fine. I would chose the 11m as it goes lower. Cheers.
Can you write your weight to understand more precisely your peaks range wich you desrcibed there. Thanks.

Well, due to Covid I'm now 175lbs. I call it the Covid 10. Kites still work great.
