Florianopolis is soooo good I almost hate to mention it. 200+ kiteable days. All kinds of conditions including waves. Perfect weather. Gorgeous modern city. Perfectly safe. Best looking women after Budapest. Brazilians are the nicest people in the world. You have to speak Portuguese though because they hate to speak English or Spanish.

Living in Brazil ! Ceara by choice because of the warm air and water 😉
That’s exactly why I left Germany...it is so different in riding.
Being 48 the wetsuit makes a difference...100% down to 10!

But your summer sounds good...one day I will be there 👍🏻

Ka - mon Toby!

You have managed to escape most of the realities of the rest of your northern European family.

Why oh why have you not managed to escape getting old? ;-)

It is difficult to imagine you were only 28 when you started this forum. Did it get you a wife? At least? True love?

Fact is, in Brazil I feel like 28 and in Germany like 68.

The kiting and my tricks keep me young here!

So do the girls 😉

Toby, how is it living as an expat German in Brazil? Some of the posts about living outside one’s country of origin suggests there can be a lonely endeavor.
