Does anyone have info on the 2021 bars/lines. Has Duotone now finally gotten their act together and delivers lines that are comparable with the best out there?
What kind of info are you looking for? They are now using Dyneema SK99 lines, in their case from Roblines. They call it Flite99. There is still this more stiff thread woven into it, I think the claim is that they tangle less as a result. Compared to previous years the lines are thinner and lighter. I have been using them for almost 6 months now without any issues. They feel very responsive. Compared to previous lines they feel like a big step forward.

total agree on the responsive feel, way better than my 2018 and 2019 Clickbars. Quality also feels way better.. All further info is there already, just search.

I second that too.
I was quite upset I had to buy a new bar in 2020 and change it in 2021.
So far so good and I really do like them. I hope they will serve me well in the next seasons.

Good news. Lines are much better in the first feeling but it's necessary to have more use to check the durability improvements. In your case 6 month of use is not too much but it could be enough to have an approximation.
Could you take a pic (good quality) showing the current state of your lines? How many sailings you had in these 6 months?
The issue with Click bar safety line premature wear seem to persists in 2021 model year as well. In this video Duotone Click Bar Safety Line Issue and Maintenance there are some tips how to try prolong the period before replacement is needed. Main point - do check regularly for excessive wear.

Snapped a flying line mid loop, roughly 60 sessions in.
My bridle line snapped in the 2nd session (duotone rebel 2021). The customer service was good. I don't think the lines them selves are the problem, but how they splice the lines is. Most of the lines break at the exact same spot.
