I have one prime suspect now and collecting data.
But FBI will find him quickly if I fail. Right now it is a hunt and I am enjoying it, since I am very close now

What kind of lawyer do you get for the sale of a few modded-used-Pansh-kites?
This should go on TV to Springer or Judge Judy.

Preventing attacking of websites/ phpbb is everyday stuff these days for techies.
It is pretty normal and there are fairly basic things they do as prevention.
Prevent exploitations.. by regular updating / patching.
Using captcha.. it isn't that big a deal / that time consuming.. ( it can even leak your real ip with java script)
A unique question at signup..
a cloud flare style service as mentioned ( quick easy one click undo)
Dos prevention services and fingerprinting detection ( ip address detection is so 2010)
Even Tor can leak the real ip in some browsers via java script let alone using a simple vpn :-0
It is all a necessary part of online business these days.
Think about how many attacks on sites occur everyday.. bots run millions.. a day.
U will get it sorted.

his latest action is to dig up old posts...don't get off on it.
He registered about 50 different alias over the last months.
Now you can see his actions against kiteforum...adding more to his bill. It will be due one day.
Lawsuit in the US...gonna be saving kiteforum financial situation!
Puget Sound kiters, please contact me to speed up the process to stop P.
