Foolkookio is a notorious ram lover. His constant pro ram air lies and propaganda, under a variety of pseudonyms, was a sight to behold. Eventually his underlying kookiness spilled-over into outright slander and invective. I DO wonder if ram-loving weirdness is part of a bigger problem, i.e. There must be some sort of psychological problem in the first place to deliberately choose inferior kites in the face of overwhelming evidence re the superiority of inflatables. Eventually the underlying psychological problems manifest in other ways, in Foilholio's case, completely unhinged slander, along with attacks on this forum and Toby.
More evidence of Foilholio's psychological instability can be found at

I disagree. He had a different opinion from you and me but he addressed critical questions and I think was able to support his opinion quite well. I missed the part where he was offensive to people. Personally I appreciated his contributions, also on the climate thread. It's a pity things went the way they did.

He was definitely immature, he would let his emotions get in the way of his knowledge. I had one encounter with him, he was flagrantly arrogant and didn't hesitate to resort to childish name calling. As with most things on the internet, I just assumed he was the resident "me monster" holding the giant toxic waste cannon.
I also think that by talking about him, we are letting him live here rent free.

his latest action is to dig up old posts...don't get off on it.
He registered about 50 different alias over the last months.
Now you can see his actions against kiteforum...adding more to his bill. It will be due one day.
Lawsuit in the US...gonna be saving kiteforum financial situation!
Puget Sound kiters, please contact me to speed up the process to stop P.
Hi Toby - Sorry your kiteforum is being sabotaged. As my username implies, I kite around the Puget Sound but I do not know who Foilholio is. I kite at a few popular spots and am typically the only one on a foil kite. There are some others I've seen around on Flysurfer Soul/Speed and Ozone Chrono/Hyperlink kites and one time a guy on a Flexfoil Blade. I'm the pretty much the only kook around here who sometimes rides Arc, HQ, Pansh, and old Flysurfer & Ozone foil kites on the water. I do ride LEI kites too...
Repairing or modifying some of those kites I have had several public post discussions with Foilholio and many others but I don't use the PM tool. Hopefully you can resolve this problem soon!

So he spammed the forum with some fake accounts? I have always taken the view that the only people who win in court are lawyers and would only go down the path of litigation if there was absolutely no other option. I would not assume taking legal action will do anything other than land you with a bill.

Toby I would advise you as I have been advised before by counsel is.
That unless you feel this will affect you in 5yrs time.
I know your pissed off and rightly so.
Don't go down the litigation path.
As if you think this is stressful then litigation proceedings take months if not yrs depends upon appeals.
So it's more hassle than it's worth. Your paying solicitors and the judge might award a measly amount of compensation.
You posted earlier that some advertising is on credit as they haven't got cash flow.
What makes you think if they don't have it now they will have in future?
I feel for you as it's your business and a good one at that.
But all advertising should be paid in advance no exception you are leaving yourself vulnerable if you don't.
All the best which ever path you choose to step but think before you pounce.

Unfortunately, A guy that loves Pansh kites probably does not have deep pockets. You can’t squeeze blood from a turnip.
