I flew on my foil for 10 minutes with the UFO 3m and could directly compare the kite with my Cloud E2.8m. It was pretty good but not a Cloud.
The UFO drift well but not as well as the Cloud and didn't react so well when there was not so much tensions on the lines.
The tube of the UFO is a little thicker than the Cloud. The bridle looks pretty similar as from the Clouds. But the 'E' last bridle with the knots, is a elastic cord.
Also the UFO has 2 flexible strips on both sides of the trailing edge. This works outstanding. I haven't heard any fluttering. Haven't weight the UFO's but I think they are a little heavier than the Clouds.
A good friend of me and good foiler has changes his Ultra's II for the UFO's and look very happy with them. He can take one size smaller than with the Ultra and said they are much faster.
Found weight of the kites UFO 9m 2kg / Cloud E10m 1,9kg
I think, for the people outside the US who can't buy a new Cloud, this UFO from SlingShot is a very good alternativ.

I would like hear wind ranges of UFO 5,7,9m in reality on a 1000cm2 hydrofoil. Not "crazy under powered looping kite like crazy to go" low end, but power enough to get up with simple power zone start. And high end that's comfortable.
Frankly, it's hard to believe SS stated ranges.
To get my butt out of water and ride the 5 UFO was exactly the same as 5 SST. They’d certainly stay in the air in less wind, yet just like foil kites - kite flying doesn’t mean you can boardstart.

Upper end might be a notch higher since they depower great but if you want to loop - you won’t be comfortably looping overpowered either of them so I’d assume the same
I'm not familiar with 5 sst range. What would that be ?

Whitecaps to 25 knots comfortably. Could do more and less but would not be as much fun

UFO 7m is 3.65 Pound or 1.66 KG. Maybe some one weighted 9 m and 5 m UFO? please share the data.
