Strut blows out close to seam where it meets the leading edge as I’m pumping it up. I’m on my third replacement and losing my mind!
Has this ever happened to anyone else? Kite is 11m.

How much pressure? How much experience do you have kiting? Are you crashing your kite LE down a lot?

Have you checked inside the strut (not the bladder) to see if there is something pointy stuck in there that keeps blowing it out? Or rubbing on the seam that’s not flat/smooth? Or made sure that when you reinsert the bladder it goes all the way in and not leave an empty space near the leading edge?
