Hurricanes - stay safe

Postby Dave_5280 » Sat Jul 25, 2020 8:19 pm

With all the hurricane activity I hope everyone stays safe.

Hurricane Douglass hitting Hawaii - friend on Maui is saying wind is 90 mph.

Hurricane Hanna hitting Texas.

Tropical Storm Gonzalo is headed toward the Lesser Antilles.

I think you are a little premature on Douglass. Currently just the usual 25mph NE trade winds on Maui, and it may well go north of the islands. But indeed Hanna is pretty good, wish I was in the flanks of it, just bought a 2016 6m Pivot that would be perfect for 30-40.
