Thanks Strekke, good info on s25. Did you experiment with the bridle setting adjustment and did that impact behaviour a lot or minor?
Some people claim it completely changes the kite but for me it was meh. I played around with it 1 afternoon but found the differences felt to be minor. Just seemed to fly a bit more forward in the wind window and maaaaybe a bit more instant power-dump when sheeting out? You were still clearly flying the same kite though and I think an almost similar effect maybe could have been had by just pulling in the depowerline half way? Only tried it for 20 minutes back to back and afterwards changed it back to the original out-of-the-bag settings, as I felt that those were the best. Haven't touched it since. This was on the 9m though - maybe on a smaller kite like 7m and below in nuking winds the difference can be felt more clearly.

Naish claims ..."12m and 14m have been redesigned for dramatically improved overall performance" I hope this is true, I absolutely love my 8m and 10m S25s but was not a fan of the 12m. It did everything well but just had relentless grunt, even in light winds.
I will definitely switch back if they fixed this issue..

I have ordered my new pivots in mid july and still have not received anything. Anyone else out here still waiting? I have not seen any new S26 stuff on the beach.

Maybe someone got more informations about the current delivery delays?

I just got my 12 and 8 pivot. Had the 12 out in way way light wind so no real test yet. Was easy to relaunch and responded quickly., felt light and responsive. Very excited to go jumping with it.

Will definitely do that. Just an FYI i have not ridden the 12 to a large extent in years, so don't expext a side by side. I've always ended up with the 11 because I felt that was the biggest kite i could get away with in waves.

My goal with the 12 is old school powered riding, jumping / hangtime with TT simple tricks and maybe desperation wave riding.

I ended up getting a monarch and global as well.
