Hi,

Today I ride Naish 138 Motion and just got my a new 9m2 Naish Pivot.

I wounder what you think is the best board for sending big airs? What is the next level ?

Use ''Search'' in the top right and you will find countless advise..

There is no “best” board.
Also don’t expect much impact from switching boards in regards to jump hight. (Assuming you’re current board is semi appropriate)
There are boards more suitable for jumping but trade offs have to be made: eg super stiff board? Nice for take off but bad for landings.
So the nicest board will boil down to taste, rider weight and conditions at your spot.

Im riding 120 and probably out jumping 95% of riders on my local. If not 99%.

It is called riding over powered Not over boardered

No idea what would I do with bigger board than 120...

Naish Motion. I´d say it is pretty well suited for big air. Team rider Ross Dillon Player (on Motion) or Clement Huot (sometimes on the Drive which has the same shape/rocker line) go extremely huge on it (and using the Pivot)

How high are you going right now? I am just around 10m on my woo (flat water) and am still searching for the right size. Had 139x42 but that was too big for me and just changed to 136x41. You'll probably notice yourself tho, if you get pulled over your edge when sending it or you can't control it properly when powered then it is time to look for something else. At least that's what I did.

The naish motion is fantastic for big air put a toe side rail on it and start your board offs. Personally I find the motion far too soft and consider the naish drive (the 2021 model) one of the best boards you can use for big air goes up wind soft landings great pop very light.

The only thing you really need for big air is a relatively light board because your arms get tired doing board offs if it's too heavy so I really think it's worth it getting the carbon boards if you think your going to be doing a lot of big air and board of tricks.

If you are doing megaloops I also like the drive really safe landings never buries the tip

Size is always personal preference I think you can just hold more power if you have a larger board but it's really annoying doing big air tricks if you have a heavy board

Simple. Its the Ten kiteboard - the mark (https://ten-kiteboarding.com/the-mark/). Has an extra central fin for more grip when loading up.

No idea how it rides otherwise but that thing is going to allow you to go bigger if your skills are up to it. But if you aren't regularly hitting 10m already then you'll probably need more practice (or some pro tuition?) first.

I really love my Shin Ronson. I find it is a bit power hungry, due to the relstively high rocker, I think, but is so gentle with you in messed up kiteloops that lead to bad landings.

That way it inspires you the confidence that you are not going to destroy yourself in the next attempt.

It’s the other way around smaller board holds edge better as it digs deeper especially in strong winds where water is choppy
