Since you look to be located in the US, check some of the distributors and/or some key shops for good deals.

BayAreaKitesurf is the US distributor for F-One and Manera. Check out their Outlet page

CaliKites is connected to Boards+More and has good access to Duotone and Ion products. Check out their Sale page

Session Sports I believe is (or was) the distributor for RRD and has a good selection of Eleveight as well. Check out their Sale Page

Some of the US kite brands such as Naish and Slingshot can also be purchased directly. Check out their Sale pages.

Also check out smaller shops (w online) located in popular windsport areas like in Oregon, the SF/Bay area in CA, Washington, Florida, N+S Carolina, Texas. Too many shops to list, so you'll have to do some digging.

Always call!! Just call the shop and tell them the best deal you found and if they can put you something together. You can also talk to store/team riders if they can get you a deal if you know someone. Friend of mine made some crazy deals that way.

You might try calling instructors since they sometimes get gear at a discount and will resell it.

That’s what I was doing before I buy my firts new kite. My instructor was selling me old kite but stills in good shape because this guys take care of his kites. After a session it’s folded, not staying in the sun which isa killer.
