that looks ok.
I had this on mine and it was the pu power tube, it could twist far too easily, and jam in the bar centre,as in your first vid, exactly the same as mine did, mine was a new bar that was sold on cheap, and i know why, chewing gum PU depower tube.
just this over soft pu problem was the cause, and it was flipping awful, at times quite dodgy as it jammed stuck inside the bar hole caused by the pu tube spiral shape,
the cure was easy,
A new pu power tube and new pins inside the bar depower hole which were distorted by the jammed old twisted tube being yanked hard to free it,
now its working like a dream.
