I finally got a chance to try the new Apple Watch app and it's great, but when I saved the session to the Woo app on my phone it saved as a Freeride session rather than Big Air. Is there a way to switch the session to Big Air? I can't seem to find a way to do that.
Did you have a WOO session as well? The app will offer you co combine WOO and Apple Health Kit sessions if you have them both on your phone, or if you already uploaded one already. The easiest way is probably like this:

- Record WOO+GPS session on your watch. Save it.
- Download WOO session in WOO app on your phone
- If your watch is ON, you should already have the Health session on your phone too - it syncs in background (you can verify in Fitness appp)
- In Upload Sessions you should see both - WOO and Healt sessions. Click on WOO session - it will offer you to combine with Healt session
- When you save, it will be Big Air with GPS track

Other scenarios are possible too, but this one is the most straight forward. It might sound complicated, but it is not - most steps are bihind the sceen and you don't need to do anything extra, they are there just to explain what how it works.

Ahh... OK, I uploaded the session and now I have two versions of the same session, one big air and one freeride. But that's fine, I just wanted to check my jumps. Thanks for the reply.

That shouldn't happen - I'll report the issue to WOO app developers. If you don't mind, please PM me your WOO email and session time. Also, some details on sequence of events would be good. Thanks!

Aleks, for Woo+GPS on the AW you need to wear your phone with you to see a gps map right?

You can't see a GPS map on the Apple Watch (I added it to some Garmin watches, but not AW). But AW does record the GPS track that you can see later on the phone - no need to have the phone with you during the session.

Thanx, i can't find it on my iphone but i think my problem is that my AW is not a cellular version is that correct?

No, you don't need LTE version, any Apple Watch will work. Check Fitness app on your iPhone - session with GPS track should be there. If your session is missing a GPS track, please PM me - I'd like to figure out what is happening...

Here are a few screenshots from the watch and Fitness app with track:

Which requirements should be satisfied to install a new WOO Watch? I reinstalled WOO Sports phone version (currently 3.14.3), but I see in Apple Watch control app only old WOO Sports, not WOO Watch. Also I don't see "Connect Watch App" in my profile settings as well as WOO on my Watch doesn't see my woo.
I have ios 13.6 and watch os 6.2.8 installed.

WatchOS 7 is the minimum requirement for Apple Watch, which makes it Series 3 or newer.

Yes exactly in the fitness app. I know Apple does it weird but would be great to see distance instead of duration. I already think it is awesome you were able to display the GPS route on the map (this is not even showing when using the running mode in workouts)
I found out what makes Fitness app display Distance. It is not documented anywhere, so I had to use trial and error method. The problem is that adding distance is only possible with manual Workout creation (as opposed to somewhat automatic recording that Apple themselves recommend). I'll try to do it, we'll see how it works out. This only affects how the workout is displayed in Fitness app though - WOO app will already have the distance without this modification.
Unfortunatelly I had to undo the change to display distance in the Fitness app - it is back to the "Apple's standard" time display (coming with the next WOO watch app update). The change is due to a few users missing GPS track while app re-created a session with added distance. Since WOO integration is done, hopefully you won't miss the distance in Fitness app too much - it is always available in WOO app on the phone now.
