Anyone tried the biggest BRONQ 137x 43 cm ???

Have tried original Bronq in largest size - it was much more lively then my monk. Crazy amount of rocker on that board - really soft landings and really nice pop. Board was definitely too big for me, but felt that it could be awesome with boots, even though it is not meant for them.
I tried it for 4 hours and almost bought, but that particular board had a crack in it so I never went for it.
Had Slingshot Widowmaker board (carbon, 140 by 44 cm), Saul customs carbon board, but always felt that Bronq was the better one of them. Something about it just seems more fun, more alive.
This is the reason I am looking into buying Bronq again now

I’ve bought a Shinn Bronq CBR-5 (Backspacer), a 2019 model, 136/42 size. I had a 2015 model in 135cm before and I sold it because it was quite power hungry. I tried the new board earlier today, was quite overpowered with my Naish Pivot 9 m (25-30 knots). I could feel the board definitely has evolved over the years, very good in handling the chop and I felt I could edge without any (possible) limit. Very impressive and definitely a step up from my Shinn Monk 2015 in 133/41 size. Could feel the pop is also better than the Monk. My weight is around 78kg currently, but probably with my 6-4 wetsuit on a couple kilo’s more. Wanted the 135cm initially, but that was out of stock. The 136 seems to be fine for me (I measured it, and in real life the length is 135cm, width is correct with 42cm). I measured my Monk as well and that seems to be 132 cm in length and 41 cm wide.

Just pulled the trigger and have bought Bronq Backspacer 135 by 42 just now after all the replies you guys posted. It was on good sale in local dealer and it seems there is no difference between backspacer and Luigi models.
Will post a review when I get to ride it, which could take a while as it is cold here in Norway at the moment.

Congrats! Curious about what you think of the board. I have chosen the 43 mm fins, seems to have enough upwind capabilities and easy to change direction with the board.

Btw, the shop where I bought it seem to still have a 136cm and 137cm in stock. The price is very attractive, and even more attractive as they included the pads for free with it (you have to call). PM me if anyone would like to know the name of the shop.

The Ronson I always found a bit twitchy for my style in my size (41 wide) but I had a bit of a revelation when I tested the next size up - 138x42. I really liked it - It has a more locked in directional feel than the more progressive nature of the ronson/monk/adhd, but it has more manners in 138, and certainly more bottom end and pop too. The 136 I found to be a bit nervous at high load, which is very odd.

So I do like the Ronson in 138, very much indeed.
The ADHD has more stability at stupid loads and sticks faster out of shape landings better - but the ronson has more mid range drive and pop.
The Bronq is more tactile, has more engagement and feels a bit more connected, but I would say the ronson has more drive through the range, and more pop, whilst being just as stable at high loads as the bronq.
The Monk has more low end drive and more power, with a more locked in rail and a stiffer, more powerful / effcient feel, better progressive carve (has more outline) and is great fun, but the ronson runs rings round it in high load stability.

I guess it all comes down to your personal riding style, and what the conditions at your local spot allow - there is no right and wrong answer.

What's your weight and how tall are you? I am undecided (again) between getting 136 and 138 Ronson. I am 75kg and 187cm tall :/

183cm / 6', 84-81kg depending on lockdown
