Has anyone simply tried a light coating of RainX? Spray a screen towelette and apply it to the lens
Yeah works perfect, put it on the gopro quite some time before you go out. While kiting it works great since there is always wind that blows off the water. Also works great on sunglasses. Just a bit of a pain to always put it on.
That looks sweet, gonna give it a try!
I am with edt on this one, Rain-X is not good....
It might be a tad better than nothing, but I have used it often, in different ways, just one layer, or several layers polishing lightly between appliance as adviced.
Using it on my GoPro Max for wingfoiling, as it gets wet every time the wing is in the water.
There will mostly always be a drop right where others (or you) are in focus, so a useless picture
Have used it on occasion on my GoPro Hero's too, when raining, but again, drops still adhere and destroy part of the picture.
As the Max lenses are round, the "stick on" solutions dont work either.
Johnsons floor wax?
Sounds like the best solution - but can not even google it?
I can find som "Johnsons Paste Wax".
Can anyone point me in the right direction, and is it available in Europe?
I am going crazy because of good 360 pictures ruined.
With all this nano technologi, it should be possible to find a really good solution?
Price doesnt matter at all, if it works well, and even if you dont wanna use loads of money, well, you use almost nothing
