Hey thinking about getting Ocean Rodeo Soul 2.0 and I'm 185cm & 92kg (200 pounds), size L which seems to be recommended here is not available in Europe from what I see but I can get XL, did someone try XL with similar measurements and call tell if it will be too buggy?

I'm 188 cm and 83 kg. Soul XL fits me well. I would not want any size smaller. I had socks added to my SOUL 2.0 from a repair shop--no going back. So, if you can find an XL Heat 2.0 with socks I would suggest that route. I think the size L will feel too small in either model.

I don’t mind getting my feet wet as even now with air temp 8degC and water around the same I’m still not using boots although I have good pair of rip curl one.

I did use dry suite for flying to work offshore so I know what it’s like to have socks included and I think I rather to have option not to have my feed inside dry suite. Will go for XL than since other option would be to wait for months for smaller size.

I got frostbite on my big toe skiing, wool socks, wet feet, -10 F, wind chill even lower, 6 or 7 hours exposed but took a break mid day to dry and warn feet and socks. Eventually turned black but healed in 2 or 3 months with moments of sharp pain - laugh it felt like someone stuck a needle in it, somehow amusing to my friends! Ended my season early for sure. Got new water tight boots with electric heaters and no problems since.

Definitely avoid frostbite - it hurts!
