Anyone ride or own both?
I ride mostly waist to shoulder high, kind of mushy
downwind runs. Once in a while a bit steeper/bigger with more power. 9m-11m Naish Slash. 185 Lbs.
Looking for quick snap off top, good smooth hold
in bottom turns.

I have the 2018 Mitu Pro Carbon 5'8, and ride in similar conditions, using 7-9-12m Pivots. 165 lbs.
It's the best board I have owned, (I also had the 2017 model) , bearing in mind the 5'8 is probably a little large for me, it "surfs" like a surfboard! is very fast (helped by the stiffness ?) and the fin size and rail shape work well in bottom turns (I think to tighten the bottom turns up a bit, I should be on a 5'4 ?) But for you, I would think the 5'8 would be perfect.
In two years of riding, no heel dents!
Resale value is also very good on them.
I don't know the BWS Stallion, it may be great.

I don't know the Mitu very well, but I can tell you the stallion really needs bigger waves to shine... I'd go for the mitu.

I chose the Shadow over the Mitu and don't regret it at all. The Shadow is something special. If you can try one I highly recommend.
