Go to the world of white water paddling. Ww we hold paddle shafts, produce power with it and usually waters are cold. Hands must be warm and confortable for hours. There are also shaft attachable protectors you put your hand into, naked or with much thinner gloves as they protect from wind too..

How think is the neoprene on the palms of these Xcel gloves. All gloves I've ever tried have given be arm pump within 10mins, so have spend the last 3 years kiting all winter gloveless. It isn't too bad, but wouldn't mind finding some for closest days.

The key thing is that the glove has curved fingers!
You don’t need to bend it with the force of your arms!
So you can stay even longer on the water.
Or you need a better kite with less bar pressure!

My daughter is a White Water kayaker sponsored by NRS. I might pinch her Pogies (That's what they call them) and see how they work. It's not cold enough yet though

I've used them kayaking when it is very very cold. I wonder! I will get back to you.

I've also used these paddling https://www.nrs.com/product/25041.01/nrs-veno-mitts but I'm not a massive fan of mitts. Each to their own I guess but grip is good with the open palm.

I used to get that with gloves, but since I have ION Claw gloves (pre bent) I have not had that problem.

But 1/2 the crap advertised, in a Google search , is exactly that
"Crap" ; and a lot of the customer reviews for that crap are made-Up
by the prick that's trying to sell ya that crap !
