you can retrofit most of low-V bars with something like this


flagging may work differently though, something to test separately..
Also on smaller sizes running 24m low-V setup will be almost indistinguishable from high-Y as long as you adjust the line lengths..

center lines on V bar would need to be shorter to accomodate for geometry change (so extra knots)
