Woo 3.0 charging and operational problem

My WOO 3.0 have a charging problem. I put woo to charge, on 75% of battery, it light green and lately off. Now I cannot turn it On properly. Any try to push button to On device give me variable and strange respond. Device can on bright white light and will keep it endlessly. Next try will starting random coloured light changing red-green-white in a loop. Its very strange behaviour.
Does anybody have this problems? How to fix it or it's broke? I will be very appreciated for advice.

P.S.
I use woo with frequent flyer waterproof case. I am carefully close it and put a rubber band around to lock it.


I bought it almost 12 months ago I hope tha it under warranty period yet.

Upd. Battery become hot when I try to charge it again. (((

Video would be helpful.
It's common problem that water gets 1) inside of the "waterproof" case AND 2) it also gets through the device itself. I broke two WOO3s when it wasn't that waterproof. I also got a full led light show with no sense. Didn't cause any external damage, it just doesn't like water (salty, for a long time) :D

When it's under warranty, contact woo support.

Try to hard reset it. You need to press the button for an amount of time, google it. Usually this fixes these type of problems.
The woo devices are really not that reliable. If you are lucky it will break before the warranty ends and they will change it. You'll need to wait until they reply or continue spamming them. They had replaced me 2 devices and had another 1 breaking but i had the warranty expired.

Jup same here...best too try the hard reset. In parallel contact WOO and pray you are within the 12 months warranty!

I don't know how long you've been waiting but they normally response so maybe you need to have a little more patience..

Upd.
Woo support response and ask for serial number. Now we started communication and I hope they will exchange it for new.

I tried to make hard reset, but got fail. It's a brick now. Cherging attempts makes device hot. ((( It's dead, obviously.

Btw. I double locked waterproof box making welcro belt underneath and put rubber rind onto the lock buckle. Box stays property close even in very hard whipeouts.
