Hi guys,
New to kitesurfing and just bought my first kite second hand, a 12m 2019 Duotone Evo.
I havent bought a kite pump yet, as I thought that I could use my SUP pump (Titan pump from Red Paddle) but the valves are different.
Would anyone know if there are adapters available for SUP pumps to be used on kites please?
Rgds,
S.

My WFMG kite pump hose connects directly to my SUP pump handle. (My bag of kite valve connectors would not fit to the end of the SUP pump hose)
I like the air volume of the SUP pump- faster & easier to pump.

I had no issue pumping my LEIs with my SUP pump, as long as it had proper adapters. All that you need is to find the way to make a leash that connects the pump and the kite. I used a shoulder strap from one of my bags.

Yeah, I had some back issues one year and the SUP pump thing was my savior. I did have to change out the end to fit my old style 9mm inflate valve.
Be careful that you dont over inflate as pumping a SUP pump provides less feed back than a kite pump.

In the States, you can get pump hose adapters from PKS/Kiteboarding.com/FixMyKite in Portland, Texas. Must be some kite shops in Europe & Asia selling them too.

Bare in mind the SUP pump will be a smaller bore. Same force on the handle will produce a higher pressure. If same stroke as a larger bore kite pump it will take more strokes to pump a kite up (smaller swept volume) but it will take less force on handle to over inflate.

when using compressor or my non-kite pump in strong wind I usually just put harness on and attach kite leash to kite : )
