We just heard news of a kiting fatality in the bay area of the lake.
Kiter has been missing now for a while. Sad news.
Makes my inlaws in New Hampshire worry about their favorite son in law.

"Dunningan is reported to have not been wearing a wet suit or a life jacket. Lake conditions are mostly open water with spotty areas of ice."
That's unimaginable ...

That's terrible news....RIP
My condolences...
Let's see what have caused the death...maybe we will have an answer, because once again it sounds strange if someone just died like this.

Probably a snowsuit inspired drysuit easily mistaken as winter clothing by bystanders.

Condolence to his family and friends
The person was on skis and had a flex as a kite. The flex has short lines and the sail is only one layer of tissue. He was on the Canadian side of Lake Champlain on ice. Be safe on ice. . So sorry this happen.
