My current favourites:
Peak4 5 m² for foiling
Core Section1 5 & 7 m² for surfing (still searching for a possibility to hide the Core identity of these kites)
The first generation Section is the smoothest wave kite I know.

Used to be a 9m Slingshot Diesel 2 prototype that never made it to production. Bloody fantastic thing but that’s when four line kites didn’t have bridles.
Now I have a 9m North Orbit 2021 in blue. Wowzers it’s amazing.
I love this kite so much.

I have the 8m and 10m Pivots which are my favorites of all time. I want to buy a larger Pivot, but I'm afraid of being disappointed. Really no place to test one where I live.
The 11 is pretty magical as well. Not as good as the 10, but for me the biggest kite I can ever use properly in the surf. Yeah shitt.....the 8 is nuts too. Damn good ones for sure. The 12 for me is a pure TT powerfest for jumping on long lines. Past few years I have not been able to go much on TT so I have not ended up buying it.
