Alpha v2 is a great single strut.
That looks like 8m.

Can anyone comment on V1 vs V2? I'm trying to figure out if it's worth $1000 more. I'm not doing anything more fancy than jibes on a foilboard right now, but i am looking for low end performance and great water relaunch. I can't decide! The structural change, behind LE stitching and attachment points seem to be big changes. I'm thinking I can get a V1 & bar for less. (don't get me wrong, I'd love to be convinced to buy the V2, but I've found a cheap V1...)

I now have a Duotone Juice Dlab 13m (Aluula) which works very well on a twintip. No pulleys, a more compact bridle, and a high aspect kite which flies towards the front of the window.

:o I know there are some good Duotone kites, but I never imagined that a Juice could be better than an Alpha or a Flite(also if only for Twin Tip use)!

iriejohn have the same low end of the 14m Alpha or even of the 14.5m Flite?

No, doesn't have the same ultimate low end as 14m Alpha or 14.5m (Aluulah) Flite, but once you sine it a few times it pulls very hard and importantly (on a twintip) flies well forward in the window.

I'm using my AlphaV2 10m from some days, I have noticed:

on twintip
- amazing low end, it's totally like a 12m kite
- work very well in the upper position of the wind window, with very good support in this position

on HF (I'm still a total beginner)
- stable and still fast
- super relauncheable
