... on my Liquid Force impact vest. The "superstructure" has broken off leaving only the functioning part of the zipper intact. It's impossible to move the zipper up & down at the minute. I'm assuming this is something that occurs pretty frequently. Does anyone have a solution, short of replacing the entire vest?

Interesting. In my case the zipper itself isn't broken, only the part on top, but this be the best solution. The impact vest is less critical than a wetsuit as it only has to hold the vest in place, not provide an absolutely waterproof seal. Wondering if anyone has actually tried FixnZip?

Forget it, tried few different ones - total crap!
Send me few photos of the zip slider, or what's left from it. You can buy just a slider and replace it. Or a whole zip and take the slider
