the short lines through the bar ends are simple short lines, 3 or 4mm dyneema with a simple knot at each end, they are not in that kit, but super easy to make, the other 4 piece line set you show is what is hidden inside the floaters, the shorter loop to loop length-it attaches by a larks head knot to the afore mentioned bit of knotted line sitting inside the bar end, then attach that to the slightly longer line with knots on, it is the adjustment length that has around 3 or 4 knots you can use to micro adjust your steering line length, I changed mine only a few days ago as the small bar bits wear through by rubbing away on the bar end at 90deg.
I only changed the little shot bit in the ba, not the other lines in the floater, they should last forever, protected as they are inside the floaters and made of very durable 3-4mm dyneema, no wear at all on mine, and never will be I guess,
