and I started doing things I could never do before on a twintip.
curious, what would that be?
Riding shallow swell like moguls with ease, like never before. Downwinder became way more fun in sections besides slicks and channels. The chop stopped being annoying and became actually shredding fun. Toeside butterslide is in good control.
Basically there’s significant difference now between my weak side toeside and my newfound strong side toeside.
I’m sure plenty of directional riding would have similar effect.

Funny thing, my first real kiting experiences were using a four line traction kite, on handles, with skis, on a frozen lake in Wisconsin.

Now that I've become only just slightly better than marginally competent with a hydrofoil, I get almost the exact same feeling just cruising around in light wind here in Florida.

So, while I haven't exactly come around, I still get very similar sensations and practically the exact same stoke I experienced as I was just starting out, over 20 years ago!

Hard for me to pick a enjoy most. I find foil and swell surf boost sesh alternating to be perfect, they are so different.
I did get rid of my tt, maybe I should try it again...
