I was faced with the same decision and opted for the 10m ROAM.
10 knots on foil are no problem at all.
For me the 10m is a one kite solution. In combination with a TT the 10m has an insane range to use. Just swap foil and TT and you can go from 8-9 knots till 30+ on TT without effort.
You must be a heavyweight lad. I weigh 90kg (200 pounds) and on a TT at 22 knots i am 1/2 trimmed. Above that the fun factor is no longer there. The OR site mentions 12/25 knots range for TT (FOR 180 POUNDS I THINK). In my view the main gain with allula is more in the low end efficiency than the high end where the stiffness becomes ‘harsh’. My prefered window for the 10 m on a tt is 14-19 knots.

Pana you are right, 30 knots is a bit too optimisitic. But nevertheless, the wind range of the roam is very good compared to other kites.
