Unfortunately no.
The last update I could find dates back from friday 2nd of July, where she was still missing.
She went out in offshore wind.
It's currently winter here, so hopefully someone found her, or she managed to get back to shore. Survivability in these water temperatures is hours rather than days.

it has been reported to me today...didn't see the date unfortunately.
This is even worse news...cold water. Chance is little...
I just wonder how someone can vanish like this even with helicopter support?

Well, it seems that she wasn't particularly proficient yet... why would a noob venture out in these cold, offshore conditions?

Because they are a "noob" and unaware/underestimate how dangerous offshore winds are.

So sad. Horrific way to go
Not sure if anyone should go out more or less by themselves in cold water and offshore wind.

Hello there,
Unfortunately, she is not yet found. There was a story reporting her body was found, however it was later corrected and the search for her is still on (I'm originally from Argentina BTW, so easier to search for news)
Here are some more news:
https://www.minutouno.com/sociedad/pers ... u-n5209762
https://www.minutouno.com/sociedad/san- ... a-n5213224
https://www.minutouno.com/sociedad/san- ... a-n5210216
The article describes her as an experienced kitesurfer out for the weekend with friends. She is a 30 years old industrial engineer.
Thanks,
G.

My Spanish isn't excellent, but she wasn't all alone, but with some friends. The way I read it (and please correct me if I´m wrong) the friends noticed that the kite crashed, but weren't able to track her as she drifted away. My interpretation of that is that there weren't many kiters around - and that her friends weren't close to her when she crashed.
Which is why I wrote "more or less" - more to say it didn't sound like it was many kiters around - even if she weren't all by herself.
