Not all that relevant what the best kiters in the world can do with the Pivot. You are not going to jump like Kevin anytime soon.

As far as I know, the friendliest Big Air kite is Cabrinha Switchblade. A lot of kiteschools even teach on them. I found it a bit too grunty for my liking during that process tho.
Although, as for beginner I recommend not to aim for dedicated Big Air kites. You may look into three strut mid to high aspect three strut kites like Eleveight RS, Naish Pivot, Reedin Supermodel, Duotone Evo, Crazyfly Sculp. They don't lose that much on jumping performance, you will have jumps high enough for your level to scratch that itch. You will learn better control without worrying that you will get smeared by extreme grunt of high aspect kite, struggle to relaunch it or lose control. Get some experience and then decide if you need to go further. It's not wise to get yourself on 200+hp sportcar right after you get your license.
Totally agree with Kristan. I started with a Rebel because I wanted to fly to the moon. After 2 years I switched to Naish Pivot and my learn curve was way beter because of much more fun to fly. Three strut kite is the way to go for you (RS, Reedin,Naish,...).

Wasn't talking about you, but the OP. "Big air" kites would be pointless if we were all jumping higher with the Pivot. Just don't want the OP to get misled. If he gets Pivots it should be for the right reasons.

The right reason is making sure your kite comes in a color that matches your board.

Out of pivot, orbit and XR (kites I've tried, as an intermediate) core XR was the easiest to boost high with. But I still prefer the pivot

Thank you a lot for your anwsers. I was always more into wakestyle kitesurfing and wakeboarding, my only kites were RPM 2014/16 and now i have RPM 2020. Last trip i fall in love with jumping and my scores are rather low, about 5m on RPM. My friend it taking my kites so i decided to buy something new, but i'm newbie in "Big air kites". But after all answers I feel like Pivot is right choice and i got the best offer from friends shop for it of all kites, so it seem perfect
What about board, is carbon worth it? 141cm will be right?

Good choice. The XR is the easiest and biggest jumping kite currently on the market, but the Pivot will jump almost as high with decent technique, is much more versatile, and make you a better rider.
Carbon isn't worth it for beginner riders. If you're getting more extreme and looking for those small percentage gains, then go for it.
Board choice is very personal. Some people like bigger boards and others prefer smaller for normal riding. I ride almost exclusively overpowered, so prefer smaller (at 100kg I ride a 137x42). Normally I'd recommend a 140-143 x 42-44 (or similar) for someone your weight in the less experienced category. As you're relatively experienced already, you don't need a lot of input from us. If you really want to do big air, start riding overpowered more often, and looking to start looping, then you should consider sizing down slightly.

My feeling on carbon is that it's well worth it for doing board offs. The weight is so much lighter that it makes the board off so much simpler and easier. I don't think the ride is better or worse with carbon just different but the weight is a big difference. For wakesyle weight doesn't matter. You already have those boots that weigh you down so an extra kilo or so makes no difference. The biggest difference you notice switching from the rpm to a big air kite is just how much longer you are in the air and how much softer the landings are. The rpm like all hybrids goes straight up and straight down. If you get a good kicker you can go really high on the rpm but there's not nearly as much float time to do the big air board offs.
