Maybe it could be the valve?

I have experienced Boston valves which when very used needed to be tightened more (or a new sealing ring), as otherwise it can have a very slow leak.

The same could probably be the case for other valve systems, and it shows by sometimes holding air just fine, other times a micro leak

I really miss the old days of 9mm inflation valves and 11mm deflation valves. So many less moving parts....

I have repaired many bladders with pinholes. Peter Frank has the correct method above posted above. I'd add that you don't need to submerge the exposed bladder, just spraying with soapy water works fine. You do have to put pump it quite hard sometimes to find tiny pinholes.

And for the record Ozone's bladders are thick TPU just like most other quality kites ..don't blame your leaks on the kite brand.

And one other thing: we haven't used talc on bladders in years.. it doesn't hurt, it just makes a mess and is unnecessary.
