I want to find out if anyone has a quick fix. I have an older cabrinha kite and the valve is pulling through the leading edge, I.e where the velcro holds in place. Any ideas on how to secure it in place

Any pictures? Do you mean the dacron is failing and valve is coming out (escaping) when inflated? The first thought is to reinforce the inside with tape (access through zipper). (i.e. gorilla duct tape) If additional reinforcement is needed, then more duct tape or tear-aid on the outside.
Or do you mean the valve is sinking in the leading edge when deflated? In that case, you could try glueing the valve (a few dots) to the dacron with aquaseal. Or you could wrap tear-aid or some tape around the circumference of the valve to prevent it from sinking.
