Kite lessons Ft. Lauderdale

Postby Soli » Sun Aug 29, 2021 6:43 pm

Hi guys, would love to hear your recommendations of Kite lessons in the Fort Lauderdale/Pompano/Boca area.
I'm not a total beginner, but I do need a "push" to progress.
I'm looking for a good instructor who can give me the necessary tips to edge the board correctly and have a constant ride in both directions.
I think a 2-hour lesson would be good enough.

Thanks in advance for any info and insight!

Wind Addict Miami and Miami Kiteboarding, both, seem to have a good professional setup. You should be fine with either one. Both of them are IKO certififed.

I recommend going to a place with few bystanders, no waves and shallow water to work on these basic skills. Your learning speed will increase substantially. Once you are past that stage riding in the open ocean, kiting upwind and lot of other venues open up to you. Both of these locations are in Biscayne Bay in Miami. The drive is worth it at this stage.

I would contact:

or
