Why did they not count the 9.03 final jump of L Walker?
I don't understand how the final 4th variety score is counted

No one understands how the scoring works. Liam got an 8.x doing a straight (massive) megaloop.

Lasse’s last jump was a crash, unfortunately.

The judges extra score is about variety.
Also risk when going for tough tricks but maybe crashed.

But I think this should be scored within the three tricks they counted. Too much of personal likes can be added.
It’s always the same with judging…

I think the categories should be different, instead of one forward, one backward kiteloop, they should have had this three categories:

1. Megaloop Rotation
2. Megaloop Boardoff
3. No Megaloop trick (can be Boardoff, rotation, handle pass etc)

That would add to variety.

Btw, the Megaloops they pull in those conditions are beyond pro.

Yes, if you dont stand the landing, it doesnt count...

No matter how wrong or unfair we find this is, when someone we like makes an epic jump - it is just a fact, and a very reasonable one, that it does not count.
