Interested to know if the tweaks Naish made to the big Pivots made a big difference this year. I've pretty much hated every 12m I've owned and would really love it if they actually made this one feel light and agile, but still powerful. Anyone try one yet?
thanks

In the Pivot 12m , it would be enough to reduce the forces on the bar to make this kite perfect ...
True...

Ugh really?
Maybe I should keep my S25s then.
Was hoping for a faster 14m with less bar pressure...

I saw them on Real's site, so I figured they were out in the US now.

Mackite in michigan holds a demo day last weekend of september where we get to try out all of next year's boards and kites from about 20 vendors. Everything absolutely everything, boards, control bars, hydrofoils, kites, everything was amazing. All the manufacturers have stepped it up for 2022. usually there's one or two kites and boards I like and I hate everything else. This is the first time I've liked everything. Bar pressure on the new pivot 12m seemed exactly the same to me though.

the problem with pivot 12 is that it is a heavy kite and that it flies more into the window. so you get the feeling of pulling, but pulling downwind, also causing a pull on the arms and body. as Jaspan said they changed the AR to fly more into the edge of the window, this should make the kite easier to control and jump better. a good example is the ozone edge that flies to the edge of the window.
