That's going to leak water especially as the board flexes, a dollop of any good glue (like Scotch glue) will buy you peace of mind. Even if the cork is waterproof why take chances?

The problem Is the cork underneath and the delamination ...this year they change material to avoid all the problem with Cork inside. Maybe 2022 dont break Easy as before .

i wouldn't bother repairing damage as minor as that, otherwise you'll be forever at it - I would clean it up with an alcohol wipe and patch it with one of these - they are v good and last forever - plus barely visible (providing you use the smaller version without the graphics !!):

Suck on it. If you tast „epoxy“ or chemicals from the inside you should repair.
If not…. „Go shred!“
