Hopefully that should be fine although I would have clamped harder than that with something that cranked down harder than spring clamps.

Just following up in case anyone has similar issue in the future. This board is still working great almost a year after glueing with marine epoxy!
I kept an eye on it first few sessions after the big glue application, reapplied at edges a couple of times but has since held up really well.
So in short, if anyone is in a similar position in future my advice is - Don't Dump - Glue!

Yes, downunder is correct. That is difficult stuff to glue properly and apparently many manufacturers aren't able to do it to last. Epoxy glue is the best bet but also crazy glue can be tried.
When one of my boards started to do that i first glued delaminated spots. But then it got worse and almost around the board (top side though) I took an angle grinder and grind off all that loose plastic shit. Finally some black spray paint and it was all good

That's exactly what happened to my board. I just ripped all the bottom sheet off. I do wonder if it's still water tight. Some wood is showing in areas.

F1 had a similar issue with the 2017 Trax. I got mine swapped.
When it starts delaminating it goes fast. Not sure why some people need to give you a lot of heat. In my mind it shouldn't do it unless there has been some serious damage. But at 3 years it is probably difficult with a warranty claim.

Next time U glue it use some real pressure with C clamps. The ones you used don’t push enough to get all the glue out.

This is just the top sheet delaminating. It's a manufacturing defect due to not being glued correctly and has happened on several brands in the past.
It actually makes no real difference to the board other than cosmetic. I just trimmed it off my board every now and then with a sharp knife and my board has lasted over 10 years
A shame that Shinn didn't respond. I guess it's out of warranty but you at least deserve a new board at cost price.
